At the Ray White Property Management Centre we understand that maintenance is a necessary part of maintaining an investment and we encourage all our tenants to report any issues as soon as possible so that we can attend to them promptly.
For your convenience, we have released a Tenant Maintenance Reporting app (available for download through iTunes or the Google Play store) whereby all maintenance requests can be made quickly and easily. The progress of any maintenance reported and any correspondence between our Property Management Department or Tradespeople can be monitored and tracked as well for more efficient communication.
